What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are your monthly usage balance. Each feature costs a set number of credits — for example, 1 website audit = 50 credits, 1 AI article = 300 credits, 1 keyword search = 20 credits. You can mix and match features freely until your credits run out. Credits reset every billing cycle.
How does the monthly subscription work?
When you subscribe, you receive your credits immediately. Each month on your billing date, your credits are automatically refreshed with a new allocation based on your plan. Unused credits from the previous month expire and are replaced.
What happens with annual subscriptions?
For annual plans, you are charged once per year at approximately 20% off the monthly rate. Your credits are refreshed each month just like the monthly plan — you do not receive all credits at once.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are replaced with your new monthly allocation. This is why it is best to choose a plan size that matches your actual monthly usage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll receive the new credit allocation immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can wait for your next monthly refresh, upgrade to a higher plan, or purchase additional one-time credits from your dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the pricing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for unused credits.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer full refunds within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you haven't used more than 10% of your credits.
What currency is charged?
All subscriptions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) via Razorpay at a fixed rate of ₹90 per $1. USD prices are shown for your reference only.
